Method:-
Heat one spoon of oil in the pan, chop the tomatoes in the middle, add garlic and a little salt and turmeric powder and cook it on low flame for 5-8 minutes.
Now heat 1 teaspoon oil in the second pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, add little salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, bay leaf, kasoori fenugreek, curry leaves and ginger.
Now when the tomatoes are light brown, then mash it with hands or spoon and mix it on the onion and fry it on medium flame.
Cast off the flame and serve coriander leaves and serve
